I have lost everything -- password, secret key

I have 1Password on my iPhone. I cannot remember my password. I don't even remember if I ever downloaded the emergency kit, but a search in downloads on my computer does not yield anything, and I have searched everywhere on my phone.

I am finally at a point where I feel like I really need your product to get all my passwords in order.

It looks to me as if I need to delete my account. What are the repercussions of doing this? What else do I need to do?

In other words, I need to start over. How should I go about this? I probably want to create a family account too.
