why the hell couldn't I purchase a family membership when I downloaded the app from Apple. now you want me to jump thru a whole bunch of hoops???? how about just upgrading the account I have?

    Hi @Skurz - to upgrade to a family membership we will need to also switch your billing to our interface as we have no way to change that Apple subscription. I will reply to your support ticket to help you with this. Thank you.
