My Iphone froze completely
my provider cannot help but will send a new handset
I cannot access anything . Can I recover the information? from your backup?

Did you use a local vault on your iPhone only or do you use a 1Password.com account? If you used a local vault on your iPhone and don't have a backup it will be lost I think. But if you are using a 1Password.com account then just install 1Password app and login to your account on the new iPhone. All data will be synchronized to your phone again.
