GUI inconsistencies when pinning item on screen.

When you pin an item on screen, the close/minimise/maximise buttons do not behave as you would expect.
a) They are missing when you first pin an item to screen.
b) If you then move focus to another window, then back, they appear but the Edit button does not snap to the correct position unless the window is resized.
