adding/change of vault not possible

With one of the Accounts on my Mac (Big Sur) I'm currently not able to delete or add any new vaults. The main problem is that we have started a recovery procedure for the family account but after the recovery was done on the Mac it is not possible to add/remove/change the vault that the new master password can be used. Find below a picture of the account page with disabled +/- sign.
The account has admin rights on the mac, another account on the same mac can do all those actions and it is only this single one. I'm able to login to the web page but even with a click on the "add vault to 1password" from the web this does not work. No matter what browser is used.
Can I somehow reset the information in that specific account what vault is used? Where is this stored on the computer to be removed?

You can reset the local 1Password installation by going to Help > Troubleshooting > Reset All 1Password Data. This will reset 1Password to as if it had just been installed.
