lost 2fa and access to my email account

This is really really annoying. I wanted to reset all of my machines before doing that saved my emergency kit. Also signed out from my email account on all devices since I was relying on 1password to sign in again. Then actual mistake was forgetting about 2fa and now I am locked myself out from the account. I have all necessary information (secret key, master password) but not 2fa so 6 digits away from all of my accounts. Also don't have the recovery codes of 2fa. I'm trying to recover my email account but if can not, do I lose access to my vault forever? I am about to lose my mind

Ok now recovered my email address (thank GOD) so what do I need to do for disabling 2 factor authentication?
