About auto sync time

I want to know when the password changed on the PC website(my.1password.com) is automatically synced to another device (iPhone, etc.).

    It should be almost instant. Is that not the case for you?

    As wavesound mentioned, it would generally be speedy. One thing to check is to make sure you are viewing the correct vault. Is it possible you have multiple copies of the item? If so, make sure you are looking at the correct item. Try changing vaults to a different one and back again. Does the item update?
