my app not opening on mac,

I use 1password app on my MacBook Pro. Haven't had trouble opening and using in the past. Now unable to open and getting error msg "1password7.app not responding". How should I proceed? Thanks.

Extension Version: safari - version?
OS Version: 10.15.7
Sync Type: dropbox

    Please try restarting your Mac if the problem continues. You might also try completely quitting 1Password before doing that.

    • Look for our helper in the menu bar near the WiFi indicator and the clock. Right-click on the helper and select quit 1Password completely. Wait a few seconds and then open 1Password from the Dock or the Applications folder.
