Slow syncing between devices using 1Password.com system

Hello,

When I add a new login or password on my iPad or iPhone, it takes hours for it to sync with 1Password.com and show up on the other devices. I have tried manually syncing in the Settings on the iPad and iPhone, but this does not speed up the process. Any ideas on why it takes so long?

    Hi @mikehermary!

    When you created a new item on your iPad or iPhone, does the item appear right away on the 1Password.com website?

    Hello,

    This issue has been resolved. My iPad was defaulting to an old "Primary" vault on 1Password that used Dropbox for syncing. This was how I was syncing passwords prior to upgrading to 1password.com's system.

    Is there an option to set defaults for vaults on iOS? I took a quick look and could not see anything.

    Yes, you can choose the default vault for saving new items under 1Password Settings in the app > Vaults > All Vaults > Vault for Saving.
