Generated OTP is stale in cmd+\ 1Password

I use 1Password for OTP for terminal apps, and I generally cmd+\ to bring it up, use autocomplete and navigate with the keyboard to get to my OTP and copy it. Makes my OTP workflow very quick.

For a while now I've noticed my OTP code sometimes isn't accepted, and when this happens, I notice the code doesn't change after the time period expires in the 1Password UI.

This only happens in the cmd+\ window. When I open the actual 1Password application (say, typing 1Password in Spotlight), I see the OTP up-to-date and using it works.

I would never suspect the desktop cmd+\ window would show me a different OTP code than the main 1Password app, but it does.
