Zoom/Chrome autofill names and addresses
In my Zoom account I was able to previously add someone to a webinar using Chrome’s autofill feature, which would fill provide a pop up list of possible email addresses as soon as I started to type the name. Since installing 1Password I no longer seem to have that feature. Is there a way to enable it?

Hi @SanJoseCSz! Welcome to the forum!
Under Chrome Settings > Autofill > Addresses and more, do you have the Save and fill addresses option enabled?

Yes, it’s set as 1Password X – Password Manager is controlling this setting

Hey @SanJoseCSz ,
Try this:- Right click the 1Password X icon on the top right corner of Chrome's toolbar and select "Settings".
- A new tab with the extension's settings will open. Scroll down to the general section.
- Disable the "Make 1Password the default password manager" option.
- You should now be able to turn on Chrome's autofill for addresses.

I can get to the extension’s settings but if I disable 1Password then doesn’t that defeat the purpose of installing the extension?

1Password X will continue to do its job as usual. The difference is that on email address fields, Chrome's autofill will also give you its suggestions, as requested :+1:
