Touch ID not working with Chrome

I'm using 1password primarily on the Chrome browser. What I find really annoying is that every time I need to fill in my password to log in to a website I need to activate 1Password with the tab, command X combination, then fill in my master password. I just want to enter my password by unlocking this with Apple Touch ID. Just like it works on Safari. Why is this not the same for Chrome?

    Our developers are working on bringing Touch ID integration with Chrome too, so hopefully this will be available soon ;)
