After a re-install of the app why does the browser extension only have a few of my total log ins?

Hi, I had to re-install the app, as often when I would select 'auto-fill' or 'go' the app would just default back to the top of the list of logins and wait for a prompt repeating the procedure didn't help so I re-installed the app after an update and now the browser extension only has a few of the total logins. The main stand-alone is fine. Does anyone know why the 'go' or 'auto-fill' doesn't work on some logins and why the extension only has a few entries. A solution to both issues please would be awesome thanks.
The operating system has just been updated to Big Sur, but it was doing it before the update as well.

1Password Version: 7.7
Extension Version: 1.22.3
OS Version: OS Big Sur 11.1
Sync Type: iCloud

You mention standalone, and also, you indicated you are using 1Password X. 1Password X is available to our membership offerings. Have you moved to a membership? If so, the Primary vault should be removed to prevent confusion and what I call data fragmentation. That's where your data may exist in one location and not the other. It sounds like you may have the app currently set up to use a Primary vault, which is not part of a membership.

Tommy, many thanks for responding. Firstly, at the outset let me say I am a neanderthal when it comes to technology. So if I used incorrect terminology that caused confusion I apologize. By 'stand alone' I meant the Desk Top App that sits in the Dock and is also in the Toolbar, as opposed to the extensions or add-ons to the browsers. The Desk Top App is version 7.7 from the Mac App Store. And on Firefox the extension is as you correctly pointed out is 1 Password X 1.22.3. When you say Membership are you referring specifically to the 'Support Community" or my Subscription Purchase with 1 Password itself? So either way how do I sync the 2 so they reflect one another please? i.e. The Desktop App information is transferred to the Browser extensions?

Tommy it appears that the extensions are not syncing with icloud which the desk top version does. Any ideas as to how to fix that so they sync with one another.

    When you say Membership...
my Subscription Purchase with 1 Password itself?

    Yes, your subscription.

Do you see a Primary vault on any of your devices? I suspect you will find it on one or more devices. The Primary vault is not part of your membership, and a Primary vault cannot communicate with 1Password X, which would result in you seeing only partial data. A Private vault has no interaction with your membership at all.

If you have a Primary vault, please do the following.

    1. Check to make sure all of your data is available on https://my.1password.com and ensure you have a copy of your Emergency Kit.

    2. If needed copy or move any items from your Primary vault to your membership vault (Personal/Private) that's not already present. Make sure you have the correct data needed to login.

    3. Remove the Primary vault. This will need to be done on each device.

Tommy problem solved as it was only the Firefox Add On Causing the Problem Chrome and Safari were synced just fine. A removal of the add on and re-install from the 1 Password.com site has fixed the issue. THANK YOU!👍👍

ag_ana I do have another question which in fact was going to be the original question before the add on install problem. Any reason as to why when you select a login say for e.g. Gmail when you click on 'auto-fill' or 'go' it will either scroll to the top of your log in listings and wait for further search prompts and not follow the command even when re-entered it does the same thing? I hope this makes sense
