I can't make work 1PW from the application on Mac, but it works from Safari; what to do?

I have a family account and a vault for me , few times ago I installed a vault for my wife ; she loose the password. So I delete her vault and create a new one . This new vault works on Safari but doesn't works through the 1P¨W application because it asks me the former password of the deleted vault. How can I manage ? thanks.

    Can you let me know more about what's going on? Is this on her device or on yours? I am confused by the comment it works in Safari but not the 1Password app. Did you mean that she can log in via 1Password.com?
