clover.com online ordering: credit card info not being filled out correctly

Hi!
Filling out the credit card information for clover.com in the checkout section doesn't work. There are a couple of problems:
- Zip code is not filled out
- After filling the credit card, exp, and ccv the form says "Card number is required." and clears the values.
