1Password 7 slow (sometimes freeze) on macOs

Hi,

I use 1Password since ca. 5 years. Last year I decided to upgrade to 1P 7 with abo via iCloud Account.
Everything worked as expected.

I have now 13 Vault and ca. 200 credentials.

It happened that the macOs App 1P 7 sometimes freeze (for few seconds) and in general is become very slow.

I have the same situation on both MacBook

• MacBook Pro Retina 15 End 2013
• MacBook Pro Retina 13 2019

On iPhone, iPad it works very good and fast.

Anyone the same problem maybe? Or what I have to check to solve this problem?

after switch to beta version as suggested in support I solved my problems. The beta version that now I have 7.7 BETA is very fast.

hmmm, I'm having warm bloating issues and freezes as well.
The Beta channel is the solution until a stable build is out?

I’m having the same issue on MacBook Pro 13 2018. It happened very often when I created entries (migration by hand) after something like 5-10 minutes. I had to quit the app (really) and then restart it each time it happened.

Hope it will be fixed in the next release.

I'll go ahead and let you know how it goes! Is it as easy to switch back to the stable channel as it is to switch to the beta?

Yes :) To stop using the beta, install the current stable release of 1Password. Then turn off “Include beta builds” in Preferences > Updates.
