tried to join a family and it won't let me export my previous vault or migrate

Had a family trial account but only I was using it.

Downgraded to an individual account. Account was frozen (sure... that's to be expected as there was no individual trial).

Joined my brother's family account... can see my old vault... won't let me migrate it:

"Choose Help > Tools > Migrate Standalone Vaults to Account" is greyed out.

How the heck do I get my existing stuff into my new vault in the new (to me) family account?

    Have you tried moving items from one vault to another with the move command?

    Move and copy items

    Hi... thanks for the speedy reply!

    So "Move to Vault" was greyed out, which was what was throwing me—I guess because my original account is frozen and moving would be an edit? "Copy to Vault" has seemed to work, though.

    I wouldn't have switched away from my free trial but I got it into my head that my account had to be an individual account to join a family plan.

    Anyway, I believe things are okay now. 🤞
