Feature Request: Allow saving documents to local vaults

Please allow local, non-cloud synced, non-subscription based vaults to save a Document.

When I try to add a document now, I get an error panel that says: "Documents are not supported in destination vault."

I use 1PW only on my local computer and sync to my local iPhone/iPad. I purchase via traditional 1-version at a time upgrades. I do NOT sync my data vault to any computer outside of my own - no DropBox, no iCloud, no 1PW cloud. I will never ever allow my vault to leave my local computer, because if it's on the internet, it's already become unsecure.

I don't understand why the current, local-only, vault can't store a document. My local hard drive's storage space is limitless for all intents and pursposes. (Syncing those to phone might be a challenge to handle.) That I still can't save a document or attach it to another item, after using 1PW for more than 10+ years is sad.
