My computer crashed and I can no longer access my security key, how do I access my account

    Do you have any other devices that are linked to your account? If so, you can get your Secret Key from one of them.

    Find your Secret Key or Emergency Kit.

    It is my husband's account and he is the main owner, so we can not access to get other keys...all were on his PC

    Is there someone I can call to reset, I have all other acct info

    It's not possible to reset a Secret Key. It's part of the Security of your account. Just as the Master Password is. Do you have any backups available?
