Manage my 1Password Data

I'm using 1Password long time now with lots of loggings, passwords, IMG .. and other data .
Is there a simple way to re manage with efficiency my data ?
( Trash what's need to and Archive what's need to and KEEP what's need to )
I knot that I can view data according to criterias but maybe a smart advice can be helpful.
Any help will be appreciated.

    Can you please elaborate on what exactly you would like to do? Your description is very general, so it's difficult to say for sure if 1Password can help you with what you have in mind.

    I think that I will need to consider every login and other saved information to see if I need it.
