Keyboard won't open when trying to edit a password.

Hi there:
I have had this come up a few times. How do I get the keyboard to appear in the app when trying to edit a password. The area where the key board would be is black. Restarted the Iphone with no luck. Im on the latest version of IOS and the 1password program.

    Hi @Suzee! Welcome to the forum!

    The area where the key board would be is black.

    Can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing? I don't think I have ever seen this before.

    When I click on the edit the password, the keyboard is usually where this blackbox appears. Cant edit anything without the keyboard?

    Hi @Suzee!

    Are you using a 3rd party keyboard app like "SwiftKey" or "Gboard"? Then you have to enable support for this in advanced settings.
