Microsoft Office 365 password change

in 1Password in the Browser

I need to change the password on my Microsoft Office 365 account but when I go to change the password it moves to a different website (active directory) and 1Password thinks it's a brand new account. I can't figure out how to get the new password to save on my existing entry inside 1Password.

    Hi @TSword7! Welcome to the forum!

    Have you considered adding both URLs to the same 1Password Login item? This way, 1Password should recognize this Login even when the URL changes during the password change process.

    Thank you! I didn't know that was possible. I'll see if I can figure out how to add a second URL for the website

    Hey @TSword7 ,

    Simply select the login item in your 1Password and click on "Edit" to enter edit mode.
    Once you are in edit mode, click the empty "website" field under the current URL that is shown there and add the 2nd URL you need.

    You can repeat this with as many URLs as you'd like, but only use this feature if you encounter such websites that redirects you to other websites to log in/change password.
