Watchtower compromise date should be the date of compromise, not "today"

I had an account on Bonobos, and got a disclosure email from them several days ago recommending I change my password. I did so, but now today it's "compromised" again because 1Password updated the lists. This is not helpful.

    Hi @karlshea!

Watchtower currently uses the date when a breach is added to haveibeenpwned as the beginning date for the alarm. I agree that it would be more correct to check the original date of the breach instead, but perhaps there is a technical reason why we are doing it this way. Thank you for bringing this up though! We can certainly have a discussion about this.
