I want to access my user's 1Password file from the administrator's account. Big Sur.

I installed Big Sur and now have login password issues for my account on my Mac mini . I can login with the administrator account and password and would like to access my 1Password file from the administrator account. Is this possible? When logged into the Admin account I cannot find the Dropbox file I use in my personal account.
