Firefox 85.0 with browser extension and desktop app doesn't autofill/show 1password
Even though I have the browser extension and the desktop app installed, I'm not able to autofill passwords on Firefox 85.0 when pressing command+"\". 1Password 7 doesn't open, either. I have to right click on the 1Password icon in the system tray to open 1Password and manually search for logins or create logins, which is annoying.
I thought this was a problem with Firefox or the extension, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Any help would be appreciated — I miss my autofill!

What happens if you click on the 1Password extension button in Firefox instead of using the keyboard shortcut? Does the 1Password extension open and show you the list of logins for the website you are on?

Nope, the button just goes down and nothing happens.

Just tried them — got up to https://support.1password.com/1password-browser-troubleshooting/#if-1password-isnt-saving-or-filling-passwords-on-any-website-or-you-dont-see-the-1password-icon-in-form-fields but wasn't able to complete it due to the button not popping anything up when I click it. I ran the diagnostics tool but I can't attach .zip files.
