why can't I sign in to a site via 1PW most of the time?

Many sites are making me sign in manually & 1PW asks if I want to save when it is already there.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS11.1
Sync Type: Not Provided
Referrer: forum-search:Most of the tim 1PW doesn't work & I need to enter data the old way. What is happening?

    When I use 1PW to sign inot a site it makes me fill manually or asks if i want to save. it used to work so smoothly.

    Do your logins have the sites saved within them and if they have sites present is it the login page that's saved?
