Frozen account with active subscription through Apple

I see a number of people in the forum have the same problem. They email, they say no response, then moderator in forum says I see your email so I will respond. Since it appears email responses need a support community comment, I am jumping to the support community. My account is frozen as of today. When I click renew it takes me to Apple which says I am already subscribed and my subscription is active, in fact even though it was active I accidentally clicked on a further full annual subscription. Please can you fix this and unfreeze the account?
