Hey @ihatem ,
The 1Password extension in the browser is currently a standalone extension that does not talk to the 1Password desktop app, so you'll want to call it with CMD+SHIFT+X, which is the extension's own shortcut and not the 1Password 7 desktop app's shortcut (which is CMD+` for you).
You can also unlock it by simply clicking its icon on the top right corner of Chrome (might be hiding inside the little grey puzzle piece icon).
Once it is unlocked, 1Password will automatically show up inside usernames/password fields on the websites you visit, making autofilling a lot easier. In case you prefer to stick to your regular workflow of pressing CMD+` and work with the desktop app, you'll need to remove this 1Password extension and install 1Password Classic in your browser: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/
I hope that clarifies the situation :)

Thank you, I think I prefer the classic extension. I didn't know that 2 versions of the extension exists, I thought it was a big update. I like the new features of the new extension but I prefer keeping my habits. I think this discussion can be closed. Have a good day.

Glad I could help.
We are planning on integrating the new extension with the desktop app, so you will be able to enjoy both worlds when that feature is released :)
Keep your apps up to date and stay tuned!0
