how to change password for item

I just updated to 1password 7 and can not figure out how to modify passwords for my items

If you are looking to modify the password in the app, click edit on the login, click the gear icon on the password line's right-hand side.

Thanks, but the problem is more complicated. The options of "edit" and "add" no longer show up, because my account is listed as "Frozen". I followed the instructions to unfreeze it, by updating my billing on the account. The page confirms my payment method, showing this first year is free through November 2021. Yet when signing back in to 1Password, still shows that it is frozen.
