My master password is not being accepted when I try to sign in

I have installed 1Password on my Mac. When I try to sign in, my password is not working. I have deleted my account once and began from the beginning with a new Secret Key and Master Password, but I still cannot get in.
I cannot open 1Password to get my extension Version

Are you able to login with your Secret Key and Master Password directly on the 1Password.com website, instead of in the Mac app?

Yes, I can get in from the 1Password.com site.

Thank you for the confirmation. It sounds like you configured your 1Password app with a different Master Password, perhaps before you created your 1Password Membership account. If you cannot recover this app password, you can reset the app, so you can use the new login credentials that you know:
