How many devices can 1Password sync to using iCloud sync?

Sadly, DropBox now only allows 3. Is there a limit if I move to iCloud syncing?

Further, are there steps outlined for moving from DropBox syncing to iCloud syncing? I assume it has to be done first one one device, wait for completion, then change the other devices, and finally delete the vault from DropBox.

    Hi @sjmills!

    I am not aware of limits in the number of devices with iCloud sync, but there are other limitations:

    • iCloud is available on Mac and iOS.
    • iCloud can only sync your Primary standalone vault.
    • iCloud requires 1Password 5 or later on all your Mac and iOS devices.
    • iCloud requires OS X 10.10 or later, and iOS 8 or later.

    So for example, if you use non-Apple devices, or you have more than one vault, iCloud would not be an option for you. In that case, please see this page for all your available sync options:
