Upgrading to Families

All I want to do is upgrade to a family plan, but this amazing 1Password, does not make it easy.

YES, I signed up using the 1Password App, like many I think would.

Well if you do it that way, good luck trying to upgrade.

They tell you to log into 1Password.com and go to invite people on the sidebar, except it's not there. I been screwing around for over an hour and I give up. Sending an email to support. Anyone else have any idea what to do here?

    Are you by chance subscribed via an Apple subscription? From our documentation:

    If you started your subscription with an in-app purchase, you won’t see the option to invite people. For help upgrading your account, contact 1Password Support.

    So I wonder if this is why you are not seeing the option. I also see that you have already emailed us however, so we will be happy to help you with this :+1: Keep an eye out on your email for our reply :)
