Cost family upgrade

Hi - I have just signed up for individual membership which is $2.99 per month. I am looking to upgrade to Family which it says is 4.99 per month. When i am signed in to my account and it offers to upgrade it tries to charge me 5.99 per month. Not sure why. Can anyone help?

    The difference could be because of the VAT rate of your country. Do you see VAT being added to your order?
