Thank you for the screenshots! I wonder if perhaps this is failing because you already have an Individual account under this same email address. Is it possible that this could be the case? Perhaps an old account that you haven't used for a while?
Typically when this procedure fails, it's always because there is an existing Individual account, so the conversion process cannot complete.
