Remove existing data from iCloud, without master password

I am getting this message when I try to use iCloud for sync. It seems I had an old version back in 2016 that I now have ti get rid off.

How can this be done?

1Password Version: 7.7
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS Big Sur
Sync Type: iCloud

    Hi @geirec!

    In order to unlock this vault, you must enter your Master Password, there is no way around this. If you forgot this password, you will have to remove the vault and all your data from iCloud completely (you can find the instructions to do that here).

    Have you also tried your password hint already?
