Not seeing my Vaults
I'm coming back to 1PW after years in the wilderness using a Windows PC. I have always had 1PW on my iPhone and it synced to Dropbox. My 1PW account was frozen and in Read-Only mode though. I just reactivated the account, downloaded the app from the Mac App Store and logged in. I didn't see my Dropbox vaults. I logged into the app on my phone with the same details, still no vaults on the Mac. I also do not have the Sync option in Preferences.

If you double click on your Dropbox vault, 1Password will prompt you to add it to the app ;)

Thank you Ana. I see them in the app now but I am confused by a few things
- I seem to have vaults all over the place now: under 'Sean Sykes, On My Mac and on Dropbox.
- What is the difference between the Personal vault under Sean Sykes and the Primary vault 'On My Mac'
- I'm under the impression there is no need for Dropbox now. How do I move my vaults and do I move them to 'On My Mac' or to 'Sean Sykes'?

The Personal vault is inside a 1Password.com account. The Primary vault is a standalone vault that is stored outside of your 1Password account, and is therefore not synced automatically.
I'm under the impression there is no need for Dropbox now.
Correct, this is our recommendation to avoid using vaults on multiple sync methods.
How do I move my vaults and do I move them to 'On My Mac' or to 'Sean Sykes'?

You can then remove the Primary vault from your 1Password app to avoid the confusion, and continue using the vaults in your 1Password.com account exclusively :+1:
