logins won't sync on one device

in Mac

i use 1password on more than half a dozen devices. when i edit or add a new login, it is available on all the devices immediately. except for a MacBook. How can i get it to update?

    Hi @passpasspass!

    On this MacBook, does your data sync if you manually lock and unlock the app once?

    thanks for the response. i will try this soon. i did quit and restart the app, but didn't help.

    the new content did eventually sync - about 40 min later. it's a low power CPU, 2015 Mac and it may have just been overloaded.
