Been saving passwords in Google. How to change to 1Password?

Just downloaded 1Password. Do I need to delete existing passwords that Google has saved or turn off Google passwords (or something) before I start to use 1Password to manage my info? Use Mac/Apple devices.

You can easily transfer your passwords from Google Passwords to 1Password if you have Google Chrome on your Mac.

All you have to do is follow these instructions:
