Why can't I log into an app in my phone with 1PW after updating the pw in my browser?

I changed an account password and updated it in 1Password in my computer, and can use 1Password to log into that account in my browser. But in my iPhone, the app for that account is telling me 1Password has the wrong password. Is it possible the new password is not syncing to the iOS? Or what might be the problem?

Do you have multiple entries for the same login? How are you syncing your data? Do you see a Primary vault on the computer and is the login in that vault? Do you have the same sync method set up on both devices?
