Feature Suggestion: Improve Usability by Integrating a "Maintenance" Category Into Watchtower
Hi 1Password support team,
we conducted a series of interviews with employees in a small to midsize business that used 1Password for a timespan of over 1 year. While we found and verified a variety of issues and misconceptions known from the literature, we also identified two easy-to-implement canidates that offer the potential to improve 1Password's usability.
Feature 1: Fix missing usernames fields. During the interview we found participants that had problems with the autofill feature and with using the browser extension as their credentails did not include a username. Here is a mockup of how we envision a potential fix for that issue.
