Firefox issue

In Safari, when I am logging into a site that has a two-page login, like iCloud, 1Password will automatically fill in the password on the 2nd page after I've entering in the Username on the 1st page. In Firefox, it is necessary for me to go back to the 1Password extension again and re-select the right card to have the password populate on the 2nd page. Is this a feature or a bug?

Running 1Password v7.7 and updated Firefox (85.0.2)

1Password Version: 7.7
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: 10.14.6
Sync Type: iCloud

    I noticed you're using our classic extension. Have you given thought to the use of our newer extension? It can handle more complex webpages. If you decide to give it a try, make sure only to have one browser extension enabled in the specific browser at one time.

    1Password in the browser.

    Does the classic work differently? FYI, the last update for the extension is 1/2/21 (so I guess that's for the classic version).

    Following your link, I can download a fx.xpi file, but I can't seem to get it to install in Firefox, so I must be doing something wrong. Thoughts?

    @kennethjl:

    Are you visiting that page and that link directly from within Firefox, or are you visiting it from Safari?

    @kennethjl:

    Thank you for the confirmation! Can you please open Firefox and drag the .xpi file to the Firefox window? You should see a prompt to add the extension to Firefox, where you can click Add.
