How do I switch from Family to Individual account? (I'm not a primary account holder)

I'm a family member at a shared account, however, I want to have my own individual account. There's no option to switch to an individual account for me in the settings since I'm not the primary account holder. When I tried to create a new account, I got a message that my email was already registered, and I can't use my email again to create a new account. What should I do?

    Do you need this old Individual account you have registered? The quickest way would be to just start using that one, since you have one already. If you lost the credentials to that account, however, you can delete it and the create a new one :+1:
