No Touch ID option listed in app settings

I just got set up on my Mac and iPhone. My partner has a touch ID option listed on his version under settings. I do not have that option and can't find it anywhere. Thoughts?

That was it! I should have known that. Forgot I turned Touch ID off for security. Thank you!!
