Problems on Mac OS Big Sur

Hi

I purchased a new MacBook Air M1
Installed :1Password 7
Version 7.7 (70700016)

I got the following problems:

1. The extension in Safari does not work.



When you click on the extension icon, nothing happens.
The extension is active .



2. When safari is open, there is no response when clicking on the icon in the menu bar.
   

3. There is no password autofill in Google Chrome



How to solve these problems?
I've enjoyed using your app over the years. Right now, this app is reducing my productivity.

Hi @GTC96! Welcome to the forum!

Let's try something first: can you please try quitting 1Password completely (right-click on 1Password mini in the menu bar at the top right of your screen > Quit 1Password Completely), and then relaunch 1Password? Does the extension work again now?

This solved the problem for a couple of minutes. The extension doesn't work.

Thank you for the update! Now that we know that refreshing things wasn't enough, can you go through these troubleshooting steps which we wrote specifically for the browser extension?

Solved the problem. Deleted the program from the computer. I downloaded it from the site and reinstalled the program.
