I am using 7.7 for Mac with a current License and I can't get the Chrome extension to work

Hi there I am using 1Password 7.7 for Mac (downloaded from your website) and have a current license that I bought on the 19th of March 2019. I can't get the browser extension for Chrome to work, every time I click on it it asks for me to sign in and there appears to be no place to enter my license file. How can I get the Chrome extension to work without a subscription?

Can you please download the classic extension and see if that works for you?

Get the 1Password classic extension

The classic extension does not require a 1Password Membership and a Secret Key to be used ;)
