You can open the 1Password for Mac app, select the Trash entry from the menu on the left, and right-click on the item you deleted to restore it :+1:

Hi@ag-ana, Please confirm that I should attempt to open 1Password for Mac app from the Mac App Store? Also, please confirm that I should open using Version 6.6.3.

The version of the app does not matter: if you need to restore an item from the trash, you can do it from the version of 1Password that you currently have installed, regardless of the version or where you downloaded it from :+1:
