Individual to Family, iTunes to 1Password...help

I currently have an individual plan, billed annually thru iTunes, but I want to switch to a Family plan so my wife can use it, too. And I would like to pay 1password directly...I can't stand iTunes. My annual subscription isn't up for renewal again until 12/21/21. Can you help me with this?

    How do i do this minus the hatred of the iTunes appstore?

    IE Annual personal subscription to annual family subscription
