I can't find the Chrome extension that allows to use biometrics to unlock vault anymore
I believe there are 2 Chrome extensions. One does not support biometrics and the other one does. I don't seem to find the one that allows to use biometrics anymore. Any ideas?

1Password in the browser (formerly 1Password X) had the Touch ID feature temporarily removed. An announcement is posted in our forum from one of our founders. It includes details on what the future holds. https://1password.community/discussion/115228/temporarily-removing-desktop-app-integration/p1
If Touch ID is needed you could optionally switch to our classic (companion app) extension until the feature is brought back to 1Password.
Here are the instruction for locating/installing the classic extension.

I managed to install the classic extension. However, it doesn't seem to allow me to login to 1password.ca (Canada). It goes straight to 1password.com. Any ideas?

The classic extension works directly with the Mac. It would use whatever you have signed in there. Are you signed into the needed account on the Mac?

I think I just needed to close and open the browser again. It is now working! Thank you so much!
