1password wont autofill my selection
Hi
I am having a problem getting my saved credentials to be accepted when chosen.
The site is https://support.scurri.co.uk/hc/en-us/signin and has a popup kind of login form
I press into the email box, select the correct option (i have 4 saved accounts) but when I select it nothing happens. Similarly, selecting it in the addon at the top and pressing autofill also does nothing.
I am having to copy the email and password individually and paste them in

I think we might have found why this is happening. The login form is actually being served from a different domain, so 1Password is not giving you the possibility to fill your credentials there for security reasons.
If you add an additional website field in this Login item with URL https://scurri.zendesk.com, are you able to fill your Login item on that form?

Yes that seems to have fixed it thanks :) . This is probably quite common as Zendesk allow their platform to be rebranded by all their customers who want to use their own custom domain.
