Website requires 3 details on sign in. Can 1password accommodate this?
A website I use requires three details:
1. A customer number
2. My surname
3. my password
1Password currently handles the customer number and password fine. Is there a way it can input my surname too?

Hi @AlecBithersea,
It should be possible to add a custom field named "surname". This should be detected and autofilled.
Maybe you could try this please?0 -
Doesn't seem to be working. Anything else I could try? What do you think?

You could search in the code of the website how this field is named. And then try to give the field in 1PW this name.
What website you are talking about? Maybe I can take a look?
That's how it looks like for an entry in my vault where a custom field "Benutzergruppe" is needed to be filled in on https://licensemanager.emclient.com/

Hey @AlecBithersea ,
In addition to @DenalB 's suggestion, which is great, you can post the website's link here if it is publicly accessible and we'll provide you with more detailed instructions if we manage to get it to autofill :)

This is the website - https://www.nsandi.com/
Thanks for your help everyone.

I opened the site and filled in some test data into the three fields.
Then I used the classic extension to create a new login from this site. The new login was saved. In the Windows desktop app the entry looks like this.
As you can see the extension created an entry with a field "Surname".
Reopening the website and trying to autofill with the help of the classic extension works like a charm. :)0 -
Thanks for your help.
I had to deleted my existing login and start again but it is now working.
